“The greatest gift you can give someone is the space to be his or her authentic self.” – Carl
Rogers
While life can, at times, seem discouraging or unmanageable, I am a firm believer that everyone
has the potential to live a fulfilling and enjoyable existence. In therapy, I work with clients from
a holistic approach while tailoring each session to the specific needs of the client. I work to
create realistic and achievable goals with each of my clients, understanding that they are the
experts of their lives and are allowing me a glimpse into their world. With the use of empathy,
transparency, humor, and respect, I strive to create a cohesive therapeutic environment that will
lead to growth and healing. I work from a person-centered approach and aim to encourage my
clients to meet their goals through collaborative dialogue to better understand the underlying
thoughts or patterns that often drive emotion and behavior.
I have worked with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. I have experience working
with clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders.
I earned my master’s in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University in April of
2023. I am a Master’s Limited Psychologist (MLP) in the state of Michigan. As an MLP, I
receive ongoing supervision from a fully licensed psychologist.
