Clinical Social Worker

(she/her/hers)

My goal as a therapist is to provide a place that is safe, supportive, and trusting. It is important to me that you feel comfortable talking about difficult events with the hope that you feel a sense of release and healing. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and grief/loss.

I am EMDR certified and also practice dialectical behavioral therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy to promote change towards wholeness. With compassion, patience, and understanding, I assist clients in learning effective coping skills, setting healthy boundaries, implementing positive lifestyle choices, enhancing communication skills as well as processing any disturbances that have happened throughout life. My approach is trauma informed and strengths based which means that my hope is that you can express and process difficult events and challenges in order to improve your health and thrive in life.
